We would love to collaborate on projects that directly impact institutional goals—such as recruiting students, sharing stories of transformative experiential learning to an outside audience, or engaging our alumni. Branding
A strong, unified brand is essential to elevating Berea College’s national recognition. We work alongside you as a strategic partner to ensure your initiatives are communicated with a consistent voice and visual identity that honors our mission. We will:
Media Relations
Media Relations gains regional and national media attention for Berea’s remarkable mission by sharing press releases with media outlets, managing interviews by media representatives, tracking news about Berea College, and sharing news via Berea’s print and digital platforms. All media inquires should go through the Media Relations Manager.
Multimedia (Photography/Videography)
The multimedia team captures images and videos that present Berea College to external audiences, including prospective students, alumni, donors, and other key stakeholders.

Website
The Web Team works to update existing pages on berea.edu and create new content that aligns with College messaging to engage an external audience. Forms can be used to alert the Web Team of an edit needed on berea.edu, update a faculty or staff biography, or suggest content for departmental pages. The Web Team does not manage content on MyBerea or the Catalog.
Magazine
Help us tell your stories! We welcome magazine article idea submissions on students doing unique work, alumni excelling in their field and faculty members undertaking new initiatives or research, especially alongside students.
Social Media
Social media is a vital tool for fostering community and deepening engagement with our stakeholders—including students, faculty, staff, alumni, and prospective families. To maximize your impact, invite the main Berea College account (@bereacollege) as a collaborator on your posts. This partnership allows us to amplify your content, ensuring your stories reach a broader institutional audience and maintaining a unified brand presence across all platforms. We only accept collaboration requests that follow brand guidelines and engage an external audience.
