Kayse Cornett

Kayse Cornett, Foundation Relations and Grants Manager, joined the Alumni, Communications and Philanthropy team at Berea College in 2023. She works with families through their family foundations to learn what they love most about Berea and help connect their philanthropic interests with the College’s needs.

Kayse received her bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science, Health and Human Performance from Union Commonwealth University. After graduating she began her career in higher education at her alma mater, where she discovered her passion for Philanthropy. After she obtained her Master of Business Administration from Union Commonwealth University, she began working as a Grant Writer and Individual Donor Prospect Research Specialist.

Kayse is a native of Corbin, Kentucky, and resides there with her Australian Shephard, Tristan, and tabby cat, Ava. In her leisure time, Kayse loves to ride her bikes on a trail in the mountains or on windy roads. She is a proud member of Berea Partners, which recognizes her monthly giving to Berea College.
