Jaedyn Rawson serves as the Administrative Assistant for Berea College’s Sponsored Programs & Outreach division, providing support for the Appalachian Fund, Government Grant Services, and Brushy Fork Leadership Institute. Originally from West Virginia, Jaedyn developed a deep connection to the Appalachian region as a student at Berea College, where she earned a B.S. in Agriculture and Natural Resources in 2023. She also holds a Master of Agriculture from Mississippi State University.

In her role, Jaedyn contributes to grant administration, program coordination, and operational support across multiple initiatives that strengthen communities throughout Appalachia. She is passionate about advancing projects that create meaningful and lasting impact across the region.

Outside of work, Jaedyn enjoys sourdough baking, spending time with her dog, Winnie, and exploring local food trucks and restaurants.
