Reporting Requirements

All current grantees must submit a grant report on the use of the current year’s
funds before another grant application can be submitted. The report deadline
coincides with the 2026 grant proposal deadline (11:59 p.m., Monday, October 20, 2025).
Applicants seeking renewal funding must submit their report before beginning their new
application. Reports must be submitted on the Grant Report Webform.

All Folk Arts and Cultures grantees awarded funds in 2025 must submit an interim grant report on the use of their funds by 11:59pm, Monday, April 20, 2026, with final reports due by 11:59pm, July 15, 2026. Reports must be submitted on the Grant Report Webform.
