Pride is in the Air 2026

Celebrate Pride Month (June) with us by participating in Pride is in the Air, a creative and colorful photo shoot by the Berea College Marketing and Communications student multimedia team!

This year, our Pride campaign will spotlight participants enveloped in a haze of vibrant color. Each shoot will highlight one of six colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, or purple. With only six spots available, seniors will receive priority, and at least one staff and faculty member will be selected. Selected participants are encouraged to wear outfits that complement their assigned color or opt for white—whatever helps you feel most comfortable, confident, and authentically you.

If chosen for the campaign, you’ll also have the option to receive hair and makeup services, courtesy of senior Lexie Barnes and Berea College's Theatre Department, to elevate your look for the shoot.

If you're interested in participating, please fill out the form below to indicate your top color preferences and availability. The form will close at 5 p.m. Monday, April 13. We'll review all applications and reach out via email by Friday, April 17, to schedule meetings with selected participants and our photographers. The aim is to discuss specific details and ensure a memorable and empowering experience for all involved.
