Bio

Dr. Jarrod Burgh is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics at Berea College. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Indiana University. His research focuses on behavioral economics, applied microeconomic theory, and decision-making under uncertainty. He is currently interested in motivated reasoning, belief updating, and information frictions. At Berea, he teaches courses in economics and plans to teach Game Theory in Spring 2026, and is committed to fostering critical thinking and data-oriented analysis in the classroom.
