Award Criteria

Full-time, regular employees in administrative, professional, and support staff positions, who do not hold faculty rank at Berea College, are eligible to receive the award. Staff excellence at the College can come in many forms.  

Example: A staff member who has gone above and beyond in one or more of the following areas:
