Berea College

All Berea College students are required to work at least 10 hours a week in various campus departments in the<a href="http://www.berea.edu/labor-program-office/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">&nbsp;</a><a href="https://next.berea.edu/work-to-learn">Labor Program</a>. The College’s&nbsp;<a href="https://bereaedu.wpenginepowered.com/human-resources/wp-content/uploads/sites/129/2012/06/BereaCollegeWorkplaceExpectations.pdf">Workplace Expectations</a>&nbsp;for all employees and labor students articulate Berea’s mission and values in the workplace, and they include an expectation to “encourage mindful and sustainable living” by “promoting a sustainable way of life through policies, procedures and practices in the workplace.”
