Bio

I graduated from Berea College with a Bachelor of Arts in African and African American Studies and Peace and Social Justice in May of 2024.

I was admitted to Berea College as a traditional student in 2019. In 2021 I became a nontraditional student after marrying my husband and having my daughter. I am honored to serve the Non-Traditional Student Program (NTSP), which provided so much community and assistance to my family while I was nontraditional student.

In my role I provide oversight for Non-Traditional Student Engagement. My role includes coordinating events and programming, providing outreach and support, and assisting with the government benefit cases of 23 and older, married, and parenting Berea College students.

I am also the staff advisor of the Non-Traditional Student Association (NTSA). The NTSA is a registered student organization that provides additional programming and advocacy for nontraditional students. During my time as a nontraditional student, I served as the Treasurer of the NTSA and on several committees. I am excited to serve as the advisor for this critical organization.
