Biography

I am a licensed Clinical Social worker with professional interest in anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma and couples counseling.  I believe therapy is a collaborative process with the goal being for people to experience the maximum benefits within the least amount of time. I value the importance of the working relationship, psychoeducation and empowerment so that people feel confident utilizing skills long after the therapy relationship has commenced.  I utilize evidence based interventions and strive to have clients incorporate these skills into their daily lives in a way that is practical for them.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and love to exercise.
