As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor my aim is to provide you with practical, caring and healing counseling to improve mental well-being and wellness. I’m passionate about serving you and looking to facilitate a happier, healthier, and mindful you.
As part of my commitment to providing you with the best care, I am always seeking new and evidenced based professional development to ensure best practice. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, Solution Focused, Trauma, TFCBT, and most recent favorite practice is Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I like working with all types of clients including LBGTQIA Affirmative and have a special interest in helping people to manage issues around trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, addiction, ADHD/Neurodiversity and fostering positive interpersonal relationships.
