Residence Hall

Kettering Hall houses approximately 173 upper division residents on four residential floors. Each floor has primarily double occupancy rooms split into two wings, access to a study space, and a shared restroom. The facility provides elevator access to all floors, building wide air-conditioning, and internet services in each room. A full kitchen is located in the basement, second, and third floors, and laundry facilities can be found on each floor.

Kettering Hall has a central lounge on each floor. There is a pool table on the second floor of Kettering that all residents can utilize. There are TVs in the student lounges in the basement and first floors. On the back side of Kettering, there are large glass windows that oversee Alumni Fields. On the second, third, and basement floors, there are large study rooms that residents have access to use. A live in professional staff is on sight at this location to help meet the needs of each resident and promote and participate in the thriving hall community.

Kettering residence hall was built in 1971 and was recently renovated in 2021. It has a modern and chic aesthetic. On the backside of Kettering, there is large patio with tables, and access to a large front yard shared with James and Seabury Residence Halls. There is student parking in the bottom Kettering lot. Kettering is located right across the street from the Alumni Building, for easy access to student services and dining.

The hall currently has 24/7 visitation and is anticipated to house Co-ed community type.
