Bio

Dan comes from Northeast Ohio and has lived in Atlanta, central Germany, and New York City. His studies have focused on economic justice for underserved communities, with special attention to Christian traditions that focus on God's nonviolent advocacy of oppressed peoples. These ideals lead Dan to the practical work of building Berea College students' financial capacity through the MoneyWi$e program.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, baking cakes and breads, making things at the Berea Makerspace, and playing tabletop games.
