Biography
Currently leading Human Resources, Environmental Health, and Safety, as well as student wellness programs for the College. Since graduating college in 1991, Steve went to work for several manufacturing companies, including Emerson Electric, Panasonic, Bosch, and Hyster-Yale. He has held numerous human resource roles in local, regional and global headquarters locations.
Areas of Responsibility/Functions: Partnership development, continuous improvement, project management, employee relations investigations, HR analytics, metrics and reporting, budget management, external agency liaison and administration. Manage Thrive Wellness, Risk Management, Environmental Health Safety departments.
