Sam Dillard

My name is Sam Dolen. I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s in business management with a concentration in human resources. Growing up with a close-knit community, I have learned the value of connection early on giving me a strong sense of empathy and an ability to have an understanding and genuine passion for helping others succeed. I have received my PHR certification and have also received my Lean Green Belt certification, and as I continue to grow within the heart of Berea College, I am constantly learning to ensure I am prepared to help. While not working, I am usually seen with my husband, M.J., and our dog Layla reading a book. I look forward to working with you!
