Hello! My name is Jade Stiles, and I’m a 2024 graduate of Berea College, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a minor in Economics. I also hold an Associate's Degree and am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Information Sciences at the University of Tennessee (Got to collect them all!).

Originally from Hayesville, North Carolina, I now call Lexington home. After graduation, I began my master’s studies while working as a server, eventually transitioning into my current role as the BereaCorps Systems Associate in Human Resources. It’s been incredibly meaningful to return to Berea - a campus that shaped so much of who I am.

As a student, I worked several roles in the college library, supporting collection development, programming, processing, and day-to-day operations. I also served as a teaching and residential assistant for the Summer Bridge Program, helping incoming students acclimate to campus life and succeed in the classroom.

These opportunities sparked a passion for higher education, service, and process improvement - and a deep joy in helping others succeed. I also met my partner of five years at Berea and am grateful for the many friends and mentors I found along the way. Now, I’m excited to bring my skills to a professional setting where I support Berea College employees and contribute to strengthening HR services and systems.

Outside of work, I enjoy diving into a good book, exploring role-play video games, contra dancing, and going on the occasional cross-country road trip.
