Emily Emberton

Emily Emberton serves as an Associate Human Resources Business Partner, supporting employees and leaders through strategic HR guidance and a commitment to fair, people-centered practices. She began her career in 2023 as a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator and brings experience in compensation, benefits, and employee support to her current role.

Originally from Michigan, Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!) and her Master’s degree from Eastern Illinois University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, tending to her houseplants (with mixed results), savoring a good cup of coffee, and cheering on the Detroit Lions.
