My name is Brandi Pennet, and I bring a strong background in human resources with a focus on employee relations, training and development, organizational support, and strategic partnerships. Throughout my career, I have partnered closely with leaders, teams, and employees to build and support clear, equitable, and people-centered practices that support both individual success and institutional goals. Guided by a commitment to community, service, and equality, I value connection, transparency, and thoughtful problem-solving, and I am committed to continuous learning in support of the Berea College community. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, crafting, and quilting. I look forward to working with you!
