Understanding your tax withholding is crucial for managing your paycheck. Use the information and forms below to designate the amount of federal and Kentucky state income tax withheld from your pay.
Federal Withholding (Form W-4)
This form tells the College how much federal income tax to withhold from your wages. It should be reviewed annually or whenever your personal or financial situation changes (e.g., marriage, birth of a child, or getting a second job).
Important: Updating Your Mailing Address
To ensure you receive your physical W-2 and other essential tax documentation on time, your mailing address needs to be current in our records.
W-2 Distribution
Kentucky Withholding (Form K-4)
This form specifies the amount of Kentucky state income tax to withhold. Like the W-4, this should be updated whenever your personal tax situation changes.
