Our Vision Insurance is offered through EyeMed Vision Care. EyeMed provides a wide network of independent providers and national retailers, giving you excellent flexibility when choosing where to get care.

EyeMed is committed to sustainability and focuses on digital access, which means physical vision insurance cards are not issued.

You do not need an ID card to receive services. Your provider can easily verify your eligibility and benefits by using just your name and date of birth to locate you in their system.
