Vision
Our Vision Insurance is offered through Eye Med. The amount you pay for vision services is dependent upon whether you visit a network or non-network provider. Dental
Our Dental Insurance is offered through Anthem Dental Network. However, due to a Claims Arrangement effective 7/1/2013, all claims are processed through our Third Party Administrator, ARC Administrators. If you have a claim or coverage issue, you should contact ARC first at (877) 309-2955. In addition, any cards or dental bills you incur will be mailed to you from ARC Administrators.
