Employee Rental Properties

Berea College provides a limited number of unfurnished houses and apartments for full-time College faculty and staff on a temporary basis. Our rental inventory includes houses, townhomes, duplexes, and apartments intended to support the relocation of new employees by offering short-term, transitional housing.

While we work to keep all porperties in good working condition, these units are modest in nature. Whenever possible, we encourage prospective tenants to tour both the interior and exterior of a unit before accepting placement.
