Benefits & Final Pay

Understanding what happens to your compensation and coverage when you leave.

You will receive payment for all accrued, unused vacation time on your final paycheck, provided all timesheets have been submitted and approved. This is paid at your current rate of pay.

Note on Sick Leave: While sick leave is not paid out, if you return to the College within one year, your unused sick bank will be fully restored.

You and your eligible dependents have the right to continue your medical, dental, and vision coverage through COBRA for 18 to 36 months at your own expense.
