Your First Day at Berea College

We are thrilled to have you join our team! To ensure your first day is focused on connections rather than paperwork, we have a structured onboarding process that begins at the Human Resources Office.

Your first stop is the Human Resources Office, located in the Hafer-Gibson Building (200 North Main Street, Berea).

To comply with federal law, you must bring original, unexpired documents to verify your identity and authorization to work.

We cannot accept photocopies or pictures. Please bring the physical documents (e.g., Passport, or a combination of a Driver’s License and Social Security Card).

Once your I-9 verification is complete, your supervisor will meet you at the HR office to begin your guided campus introduction.

Your orientation is housed entirely within your NEOED portal. You can complete these modules at your own pace during your first few days. Topics include:
