Office of Continuous Improvement (Lean Training): The Office of Continuous Improvement offers specialized training through a partnership with the University of Tennessee - from the foundational “Yellow Belt” to the intensive “Green Belt” certification - designed to help you eliminate waste and make your daily work easier and more efficient.
LinkedIn Learning: Every Berea College employee has access to a premium LinkedIn Learning account. With over 16,000 expert-led courses on everything from Microsoft Excel and Project Management to “Soft Skills” like leadership and communication, you can learn anytime, anywhere. Login to the MyBerea portal, navigate to the “Community” tab, and look for the LinkedIn Learning tile to sign in or activate your account.
Partnership with EKU Workforce Development: Berea College employees who register for courses offered at EKU’s Workforce Development Program through Shari Vanhoose will receive the College’s discounted rate. Berea College receives a bill from EKU for all classes registered through Shari and Finance will charge the appropriate department’s ORG for the class. Please check out the catalog of courses here.
