Facilities Management provides a wide range of services to help ensure you have a successful event. We are the heavy lifters that provide event set up and tear down. Please submit your event support request at least 10 business days prior to the event to ensure adequate staffing and equipment availability.
Event Support Examples
- Set up and tear down of chairs, stage, tables, and tents
- Hanging of banners and poster boards
- Trade Support (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds, etc.)
- Lawn chairs
- Round tables
- Rectangle tables
An additional charge will be added for requests that require setup and/or removal outside normal business hours due to staffing requirements.
Event setup requests are processed on a first come first served basis and must include a departmental account to secure the reservation.
We are happy to assist in ensuring your event creates as little waste as possible. Use the request so that Facilities Management, Catering, and the Office of Sustainability can help plan your zero-waste event. Requests must be made at least 10 business days prior to the event.
