Facilities Management provides a wide range of services to help ensure you have a successful event. We are the heavy lifters that provide event set up and tear down. Please submit your event support request at least&nbsp;<strong>10 business days</strong>&nbsp;prior to the event to ensure adequate staffing and equipment availability.

An additional charge will be added for requests that require setup and/or removal outside normal business hours due to staffing requirements. Event setup requests are processed on a first come first served basis and must include a departmental account to secure the reservation.
