Bio

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a professional interest in depression anxiety, managing stress and crises, and developing social skills. I have had the privilege of working in the mental health field for nine years and started my career working with clients in mental health crises. My goal is to help you identify and overcome the barriers in your life that are preventing you from living a happy and fulfilling life. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all therapy; therefore, I want to start with where you are and help you find things that will best serve you in your life. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family, reading, and listening to music.

Theoretical Orientation: Integrative, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Clinical/Research Interests: Depression, Suicidality, Anxiety, Stress Management, Trauma, Interpersonal Relationships, Executive Functioning, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
