Description of Duties For This WLS 3 Position:
<ol>
<li>Assist developing and facilitating workshops, meetings, and skill sessions on topics relevant to Berea College’s MoneyWi$e program.</li>
<li>Advocate for MoneyWi$e’s work across campus, including answering student/faculty/staff questions, directing campus community members to relevant resources, and developing/distributing program materials.</li>
<li>Identify student needs (academic, social, financial) and connect students with campus resources.</li>
<li>Maintain drop-in hours for individual peer-to-peer consultations with students seeking MoneyWi$e support.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing trainings and professional development workshops and meetings prior to each term (as needed) and throughout the academic year.</li>
<li>Prepare for all trainings and workshops by completing readings and activities, including reflections and observations.</li>
<li>Conduct general cleaning of MoneyWi$e office/classroom spaces and maintain accurate records relevant to MoneyWi$e work.</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.</li>
</ol>

<li>Organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multitask.</li>
