Danforth Chapel Wedding Reservation Application

  • Application must be signed by one or both of the individuals who are seeking to be wed.

  • All wedding reservations must be submitted at least TWO MONTHS in advance of date requested. Any changes to the above need to be submitted in writing/email.

  • Provide a detailed list of decorations you would like to use in Danforth Chapel at least one month prior to wedding.

  • We will provide the name of the Campus Christian Center staff member available for your wedding prior to the event.

  • USE AGREEMENT: I (we) agree to abide by the guidelines governing the use of Danforth Chapel as described in the Wedding Guidelines for Use of Danforth Chapel. We agree to secure our reservation with the $200 deposit/refundable fee that will be returned in full if all described requirements are met. We understand that the remaining balance will be due no less than 6 weeks prior to the wedding or we will forfeit use of the Chapel.   • The Campus Christian Center will issue a full refund if cancellation is made one month prior to the wedding date. Cancellations must be made in writing with a signature by one or both participants.
