As Associate Director for Partner Success at the Brushy Fork Leadership Institute, Lydia Kitts leads the design and delivery of technical assistance and capacity-building initiatives that strengthen local leadership across Central Appalachia. A lifelong Berean and creative strategist, she brings more than a decade of experience helping organizations grow their impact through clear communication, thoughtful facilitation, and practical strategy.

Lydia’s career spans design, education, and consulting—all focused on aligning purpose, people, and process to build stronger communities. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, foraging, and historical costuming, finding creativity and calm in the people and place of Appalachia.
