BereaCorps is a unique, grant-funded program that provides recent Berea graduates with the opportunity to work in staff positions at the College to gain professional experience. BereaCorps employees earn an hourly wage in a full-time staff position that includes health insurance and other benefits. Employees sign a one-year contract from June 1 through May 31, with the option of renewing for a second and final year in the program upon approval. Available positions are posted on the College’s Human Resources website by March 1 each year. Some positions offer travel opportunities.
