BereaCorps is a unique, grant-funded program that provides recent Berea graduates with the opportunity to work in staff positions at the College. As a BereaCorps employee, you will work in a salaried staff position with health insurance benefits. Employees sign a one-year contract from June 1 through May 31, with the possibility of renewing for a second and final year in the program. Available positions are posted on the College’s Human Resources website by March each year. Some positions offer travel opportunities.
