Professor <a href="https://www.berea.edu/academics/departments-programs/philosophy/faculty-staff/dr-jarrod-brown" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Jarrod Brown</a> will spend the 2023-24 academic year as a <a href="https://fulbrightscholars.org/us-scholar-awards" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Fulbright Fellow</a> in <a href="https://www.cia.gov/the-world-factbook/countries/cambodia/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Cambodia</a>.  Based at the New Generation Pedagogical Center, an autonomous unit within Cambodia's <a href="http://www.nie.edu.kh/en/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">National Institute of Education</a>, Dr. Brown will work to assist his Cambodian colleagues in delivering online education to K-12 students and training graduate students.  He also will devote a portion of his time in Cambodia to researching <a href="https://www.embassyofcambodiadc.org/culture--religion.html#:~:text=Cambodia%20is%20predominantly%20Buddhist%20with,Islam%2C%20atheism%2C%20or%20animism." target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Khmer Buddhism</a> and Cambodian philosophy.
