Tania Russell is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and a 2018 graduate of Berea College, where she studied Psychology. She is deeply committed to building meaningful connections between diverse communities and institutions, with a focus on expanding access and opportunity. Tania is especially passionate about supporting student advocates as they guide others in discovering pathways to higher education and community advancement.
