Kelly Embry is the Director of Prospect Management and Data Services, with more than a decade of experience in higher education philanthropy. She brings extensive expertise in nonprofit administration, team development, and leadership, with a strong focus on empowering teams and strengthening a mission-driven culture. Kelly holds Green Office Certified Exemplary status as well as a Lean Applied to Business Processes Green Belt Certification.

As a leader, Kelly is deeply committed to aligning her work with her core values and strengths in relationship building. She is passionate about guiding high-performing teams toward success while fostering a positive, collaborative, and thriving workplace culture. Dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth, Kelly strives to inspire lifelong learning and development in others. Outside of her professional role, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Byron, and their blended and blessed family of eight children and seven grandchildren.
