Andreea Teban

Andreea was born and raised in Timișoara, Romania, and came to Berea College as an international student in 2015. She graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, having explored her passions for business development, marketing, graphic design, and social entrepreneurship during her time as a student.

Grateful for the life-changing opportunity Berea provided, Andreea has remained connected to the College through various roles on campus and a continued commitment to Berea’s mission. In February 2022, she joined the Berea Fund team as Associate Director of Digital Annual Giving.

In this role, Andreea helps plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate Berea’s comprehensive annual giving program, with a special focus on digital strategies that engage, acquire, and steward donors. Her work includes online giving, email solicitations, stewardship outreach, social media, text messaging, and crowdfunding, as well as staying current with best practices and emerging fundraising technologies.

Through her work, Andreea is honored to support the mission of Berea College and help strengthen the community that first welcomed and shaped her.
