Neuroscientist Presents Mind-boggling convocation at Berea College

Berea College brings award-winning author and neuroscientist Dr. David Eagleman to present his mind-boggling lecture “Incognito: The brain behind the mind” on March 22 at 3 p.m. in Phelps Stokes Auditorium. During this lecture, Eagleman will share vivid examples to explain how three pounds of the most complex material we’ve discovered in the universe acts as “the mission control center that drives the whole operation.” He uses historical references and bits of pop culture to candidly illustrate how the brain gathers intelligence information through small portals in the armored bunker of the skull.
