Student Bill Payment
Term charges (housing, meals and fees) should be paid in full prior to the start of the term. You should monitor your account regularly and resolve new charges as you are billed.
Checks should be made payable to Berea College. Payments may be made at the Student Accounts office, or mailed to Student Accounts, CPO Box 2168, Berea, KY 40404. Major credits cards also are accepted.
If term charges cannot be paid in full by the beginning of the term, you may work out a suitable payment arrangement. This may include payroll deduction or student loans.
