Request existing photos

  • The college’s multimedia office produces and collects photographs that are made for strategic communications and marketing purposes for the last two years. We do not maintain a collection beyond this scope. Other photographs may be available from the college's Special Archives department at library guides.berea.edu Our stock photography gallery is available at berea.photoshelter.com, and if you don’t find what you need then complete the following form. When you submit this information it is automatically added to our task queue for assignment consideration, so please be aware that we do not fulfill every photo search request as we typically have several photography projects in progress simultaneously and must prioritize requests. If your request is assigned then you can expect communication from us within three business days and the results of our search within a week. If you have any questions, call our photography studio at 859.985.4140 or email photosearch@berea.edu. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to be completed.

  • First, make sure your project is appropriate work for our Communications Office

  • As our work focuses on communications and marketing projects primarily targeting external stakeholders, we limit our work to these strategic initiatives.

  • Please note that our work focuses on communications to external audiences and we do not fulfill requests for internal projects.
  • Who is the intended audience for this project?
  • Second, tell us more about your photo search request

  • Name your project. We just need a few words to call your search.
  • Give us all the details here. We need to know exactly what you are requesting.
  • If you have a low-resolution file of the image you need, or if you have a similar photo that would be helpful in our search then upload it here.
  • Let us know a date for when you need the photographs. Assignments are typically made within three business days and photo searches can take up to one week, so expect that time range for receiving images.
