I released my print jobs, but the pages did not print. What should I do?

Due to a printer malfunction, a paper jam, or cancellation of a print job using the printer’s menu functions, it is possible to be charged for a print job that does not actually print.

Take note of the date and time of the incident.  Then go to the Printing Services office and let them know the date and time, and the number of pages you were charged for that did not print.  They will be able to verify your request from the print history logs and will work with you to make an appropriate adjustment to your account.
