I am not seeing a Cost Preview popup. What should I do?

If you are not seeing the Cost Preview popup when printing to a network printer you probably do not have the Equitrac Express Client installed.  See the Equitrac Client Installation Guide for instructions on installing the software.  Even with the software installed, you will not see the popup when printing to any local printer you may have directly connected to your computer.  If you are unable to install the software or if it is installed but is still not working properly, contact the Computer Center Help Desk (3343).
