How to Use your Employee Assistance Program (PDF) – The Human Development Company
The Employee Assistance Program provides CONFIDENTIAL clinical services to assist employees in identifying and resolving personal problems no matter how unique and diverse they may appear. Examples of such problems include job stress, family and marital conflicts, financial and legal concerns, elder care issues, substance abuse, depression, and other emotional problems. While Berea College has no desire to interfere in the private lives of its employees or their families, it offers this service to help employees resolve personal problems before they get out of control and begin to adversely affect their job performance or health.
Because you may be affected by problems of a spouse or other immediate family member, we extend this program to the families of Berea College employees as well. You, or your immediate family members, may contact the EAP directly at any time. No matter what your situation, any assistance you seek through the EAP is held in the strictest confidence.
This service is prepaid by Berea College and there is no charge to you. Please feel free to call The Human Development Company, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week toll free for immediate and confidential access to this important program at: 502-589-4357.
