
We take pride in helping you organize transportation for your trip. We have carried passengers for sporting events, class trips, and departmental tours. You can rely on us for a dependable, comfortable, and safe trip. Please submit your trip request at least 10 business days prior to your departure to ensure adequate staffing and bus availability.

Scheduling requests require a departmental account number to be considered.
- No food or drink other than bottled water and dry snacks on trips of 2 hrs or less. For trips longer than 2 hrs, trip contact/coordinator has the discretion to bring foods that require very little cleanup (sandwiches, etc). A minimum $50 clean-up fee will be added to the total bus charge if necessary.
- Open cans of drink, drinks with straws, chocolates, ice creams, greasy foods, etc. are NEVER ALLOWED. The bus shall not be used as a traveling dining room, rather a vehicle for transport. Please bring trash bags, paper towels, and common sense.
- Trip coordinator must provide an accurate itinerary (including complete addresses) 3 days prior to trip departure so that the driver will have adequate time to plot destinations into the bus GPS. Driver has the discretion to modify drop-off points if the safety of the passengers might otherwise be compromised.
