Biography

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with professional interests in substance abuse, addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, physical wellness, and developing one’s social and assertiveness skills. I will help you identify and change the self-sabotaging beliefs and behaviors that stop you from experiencing life fully. I will assist you in creating a life you totally love and set goals to reach them.  Despite whatever challenges you experience, I will assist you in finding your way. I love to work out and spend time with family and friends when I’m not working.
