Financial Support

Financial support from Berea College is available for any major in the form of the Global Education Opportunity (GEO) Scholarship, which covers up to 75% of the cost of a semester abroad (maximum of $11,000). Endowed funding is variable every year, as are the number of applicants, so the scholarship may be capped at a lower amount. The Department of Foreign Languages offers similar financial support for qualified majors. In addition, there are external scholarships.
