One of the keys to effective partnerships and collaborations is the ability to negotiate differences. Considering that conflict arises from difference, conflict is a natural dynamic that can produce a variety of outcomes, from positive to negative, depending on many situational factors and our approach to such situations. In this session we explore multiple dimensions of conflict, our own natural responses, and effective ways to approach various types of conflict situations.
