Covering 42,000 square feet across two wings and three stories, the new residence hall offers varied spaces for study, living and recreation. The 2-acre site, located between Boone Tavern, Anna Smith Hall and Prospect Street, also creates a new quad area for students adjacent to a green parking lot.
Basement Level: Includes storage areas, vending room, bike storage and laundry room.
First Floor: Includes 18 student rooms, lobby with guest lounge & coffee bar, two study lounges, two shower rooms, and an apartment for Collegium Staff.
Second Floor: Includes 24 student rooms, student lobby with student lounge & coffee bar, three study lounges, a study room and two shower rooms.
