STEPCG is a young IT company that continues to grow at a rapid pace. We are looking for an engineer with knowledge & experience of the OSI layers 1 through 3 protocols with knowledge & experience in WLAN RF as well. This qualified sales engineer would be expected to learn, implement, configure, troubleshoot, & share STEPCG Data, WLAN RF, VoIP& cellular infrastructure solutions; a dynamic, revenue- generating engineer that is a “lab rat” with curiosity to hone their craft, identify & solve business problems with IT solutions. They would be part of a larger sales & engineering team supporting them in successful diagnosis, troubleshooting, & resolution of customer IT infrastructure issues.
The primary role of this sales engineer would be a key individual on the engineering team who can identify sales opportunities, consult, design, & troubleshoot STEPCG & manufacturer infrastructure solutions, in STEPCG geography from MI, IN, OH, KY, TX, NC, SC, FL primarily, but not exclusively. Finding the right balance between remote & customer on-site work is always a key.
