Financial Resource Questionnaire (FRQ)
For New Freshmen Applicants (Domestic)
If you are a domestic student applying as a new freshman, you may submit an FRQ as a component of your application starting at the beginning of your senior year of high school until January 31 of the year in which you are planning to enroll.
All data submitted as part of the FRQ expires on February 1. If you have not submitted all required components of your application by January 31, you will be required to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to complete your application file. If you submit an FRQ prior to your senior year of high school, you will be required to resubmit the FRQ (or provide FAFSA information) as part of your application.
You will have the option to print your FRQ once it is complete and you are encouraged to do so for your records.
Also, if your family has encountered special circumstances (divorce, death of wage earner, etc.) your financial eligibility should be considered on an individual basis. If you have any questions or are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us during business hours at 1-800-326-5948.
All domestic applicants are required to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to verify financial eligibility.
