Meet Anupriya Dixit ‘24

Video Associate

Anupriya Dixit is an international student from India.She is a junior Computer Science major and works as a Videography Associate for the Marketing and Communications Department. She started her journey as a filmmaker at the age of 16 when her grandmother bought her first camera. She practiced her photography skills by organizing photo walks and taking portraits of her friends. After graduating high school, she enrolled in a university in India to pursue her passion of studying filmmaking. She transferred to Berea in 2021 as a communication major with a focus on multimedia and filmmaking. She joined the Marketing and Communication department as a Videography Associate during her first year to improve her videography skills through hands on experience.

The art of engaging an audience through visual storytelling has always fascinated her and she aspires to create videos that share stories of the Berea College community. She loves the dynamic nature of this job where every project comes with a different set of challenges and demands for developing new skills. She wants to continue to learn and grow as videographer and contribute to many more exciting projects in the near future.
