About the Department
Welcome to the Web site for Student Accounts,
a member of Berea’s Online Neighborhood. We are located in
the Student Service Center, First Floor Lincoln Hall, and also
can be reached at CPO Box 2126, (859) 985-3094 or
.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. For your
convenience, we are open through the lunch hour during the academic
year.
The Student Accounts Office maintains records on all student financial
transactions (except telephone accounts). We can provide you with
a detailed listing of student charges and payments on your student
account, and answer any questions pertaining to these transactions.
In addition to monitoring student financial records, the Student
Accounts Office:
- Coordinates registration confirmation for all students
at the start of each term
- Coordinates fees assessment and the
billing process
- Maintains records on all non-Stafford student loans
- Houses various forms for Academic Services, Financial Aid,
and Student Accounts
- Monitors payroll
